Join Annie for an educational and interactive course, through mindful practices, connection with nature, and self exploration from their inner and outer world. Children will learn an array of tools for their future selves. Focus on connection and personal development. Team building and fun activities mixed with breathing techniques and meditation through guided imagery.

Cancellation Policy

At Mount Willow Place, we require a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows will incur a cancellation fee of $40 charged to the provided payment method. We understand that emergencies may arise, and we handle such cases with understanding. If a new appointment is booked there will be no cancellation fee. Clients with a history of multiple late cancellations or no-shows may have their scheduling privileges reviewed. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain high-quality care for all our clients.
