Join Annie for a relaxing session every other week, through sound therapy and guided meditations. Immerse yourself in the healing power of sound. Our group sound bath features singing bowls resonating at 432Hz, creating a harmonious experience that washes away stress and tension. Join  Annie for an hour and a half of breathing into your body and releasing stress and tension. This is an intense session and will be led through an audio, as I will support and ground the group throughout. During the Quantum Light Breath and Circular Breathing session, you'll be guided through intentional breathing exercises designed to harness the power of your breath for holistic well-being. Through rhythmic breathing patterns and focused attention, you'll tap into the transformative potential of breathwork, experiencing its profound effects on your body, mind, and spirit. Join us as we journey together towards greater vitality, clarity, and inner peace.

Youth Mentorship Group

Sept-November 2025

 Youth Mentorship Program – 

I’m excited to share that my Youth Mentorship Program is now underway — and there are still a few spots left for this summer break!

This program offers flexible learning options, available online or in-person, and is designed to support the whole child — academically, emotionally, and socially.

 Coming this fall:

Home school Mentorship Group!
Open to youth ages 5–16, with three age groupings, this group will meet once a week during the day.

 

We’ll focus on:

Building friendships and conversation skills
Literacy support, storytelling, and optional publishing opportunities
Coaching Life skills and mindfulness practices
Encouraging creativity, connection, and confidence
